    Application of GHP

    GHP is mainly composed of outdoor machine, cooling medium pipe, indoor machine and so on. Engine waste heat can be used for air conditioning defrosting, hot water or swimming pool hot water, etc.

    The legend of GHP power is driven by the engine compressor control system, through the valve switching units to achieve heating and cooling after switching, heat or cold can be transported to the indoor machine by refrigerant piping , and finally  input room energy by the system control, realize the indoor temperature control.

  • 1. The Application of Commerce

    Commercial facilities generally refer to hotels, hospitals, resorts, commercial office buildings, shopping malls and refrigerated warehouses. 

    Whether it is a small hotel or a large five star hotel, 365 days and 24 hours of heat and electricity supply are very important factors. Smart Action’s CHP unit could supply comprehensive electricity, heat and cold for hotels. Smart Action CHP system operates with clean pump gas which decrease the operation cost of central heating and cold commercial facilities like hotels. Smart Action gas generator can not only provide electricity to meet the demand of electricity, but also generate heat energy to meet the thermal needs of hotels and other commercial facilities. Separated grid and natural gas boiler can provide only less than 50% of the efficiency, while the Smart Action cogeneration project can provide:

    The application of commerce

    Taking hotels as an example, it needs 365 days and 24 hours of thermal and electric energy supply. Part of the time also needs cold energy supply, providing CHP+GHP solutions, which can ensure the comprehensive demand of the hotel's cooling ,heating and electricity power.

    CHP provides electrical and thermal energy for the hotel, and GHP provides heat and cold energy for the hotel. CHP will adjust the output of power automatically according to the needs of electricity of hotel, meanwhile the heating output also changed, so the center control system will adjust the heating output of GHP to meet the heating needs of hotel.

    When the hotel needs the heat and cold energy at the same time, the center control system will automatically adjust the running status of GHP multiply unit, some of them supply heat, some of them supply cold for the hotel, which meet the needs of different period of hotel.

    By implementing Smart Action cogeneration (CHP) system with clean pipelines and natural gas as fuel, many industrial facilities such as industrial facilities and district heating plants can reduce operation cost.     The CCHP system is an energy supply system based on gas energy, through the use of the hot water and hot gas, in order to achieve the needs of cold, heat and electricity, usually by generators, lithium bromide refrigeration device, heat exchange device, making the gas cogeneration energy is fully utilized, greatly improve the comprehensive utilization of energy efficiency.

    The photo is the sketch map of a chemical factory for the distributed energy application. The scheme takes energy saving, economy, low carbon and environmental protection as the starting point, adopts the technology of gas energy and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of energy. The project adopt 2MW gas generations, the total cold capacity is 6.42MW, heat capacity 3.37 MW, low temperature of waste heat can supply clean hot water 70t/d.

    The solution of cold, heat and electricity of industry

    The scheme adopts gas CHP and direct fired engine in the form of using of gas for cold, heat, electricity trigeneration. The high temperature flue gas and high temperature cylinder liner produced by the internal combustion engine enter the flue gas hot water direct fired lithium bromide unit for refrigeration steam and heating so as to meet the basic demand of cold and heat load. According to the characteristics of the load and the characteristics of the energy price, the selection of equipment and the design of the operation amount are designed to minimize the cost of operation. The system gives priority to the use of generator waste heat for cooling and heating. Only when the waste heat is fully utilized, the value of the triple supply of cold ,heat and electricity can be fully reflected, and the utilization rate of waste heat can be greatly improved. The power generation waste heat of this scheme is completely used for refrigeration and heat production.

  • 1.  Energy

    3. The Development of Energy Electrical Station

    In fact, intermittent energy sources such as wind and solar energy need effective energy storage to ensure that the power grid is maintained at any time, but the current energy storage technology can not meet this requirement.

    4.  Solution Scheme

    4.1. Comprehensive application of natural gas unit and solar energy.

     

    The solution scheme of power station 

    This is a solution of energy saving power supply LNG gasification station, using BOG gas power generation, waste heat recovery, comprehensive utilization of solar energy, heat of vaporization for LNG demand, improve the comprehensive utilization rate of energy, and improve the reliability of grid receiving station.

    The configuration of the 16MW natural gas cogeneration units, and covers an area of 50 acres of 2WM photovoltaic power station, the total capacity is up to 18MW, and the power station connected network, in the air station electricity to meet, if the lack of allowance of all Internet, supplemented with network.

    4.2. The complementary power generation of natural gas units and wind turbines

    Usually, the operation of all the units of the wind power field is unconditional. That is to say, if the wind turbines are in the range of wind speed permitted by the unit, the unit will generate electricity unconditionally unless it stops due to the failure of the unit itself. But the output of the wind farm has strong undulatory property. At that time, the power generation can be supplemented by the natural gas unit, and the output of the power grid can reach an ideal constant value through production scheduling, so as to eliminate the influence of wind power on the bad stability of the power grid.

  • Introduction

    The cogeneration AH series is used in enterprises, schools, swimming pools and hotels. The annual heat demand is designed from about 150 thousand kWh and power requirements for 40 thousand kwh.

    CHP unit can supply heat and electricity by gas, through the booster heater, the gas achieved the ideal temperature, then come into the engine fired and come to work. The waste heat part is stored in the multifunctional storage tank through the heat exchanger, and the heat is provided by the heating pipe or radiator in the room, and hot water can also be provided for the user. The CHP unit is based on the use of heat to determine the power generation, and the power generation is first used for all kinds of electrical appliances, and the remainder is entered into the city network.
